Xbox Hounds has applications (such as facebook, AIM)that may ask you for other information such as email address, application password, etc. These applications are NOT required of our members, and we are not accountable if the applications are compromised in any way.
Xbox Hounds may or may not use "cookies" for site operation. These are used for linking you to your account, and letting the server know who you are. You have the option of disabling cookies in your web browser's settings.
Xbox Hounds may or may not feature advertisements on our website. These advertisements may or may not be offered by us. These advertisements may offer products and services offered by other companies. Participation in advertisements is not required of our users. We will not contact companies with your information.
Xbox Hounds has the ability to log and record some IM and Chat features. These logs will NOT be released unless they are requested by police or other legal and governmental authorities.
Xbox Hounds is a community. As such we encourage users to get to know one another.
We allow users to create and edit Profiles. In doing so you (the user) have the chance to add personal photos, link accounts with other sites and services, reveal your birthday, etc. You have the ability to delete any personal information. Personal information, although encouraged, is not required.
Xbox Hounds will not use this information for any reason other than to serve your account. We do not keep records of deleted personal information.
