No Porn. 

You may not give another members contact information to a third party.

You may not use another members personal information, pictures, or authored works without permission. 

Be respectful. We all want to be able to enjoy the experience here on xboxhounds.com. To ensure this happens everyone should always be considerate and respectful to others. Please avoid from attacking other members.

Be tolerant. Not everyone is looking to get the same thing from their experience here. No one knows everything so be open to others ideas and opinions. We are a diverse community thus it is important to respect others even when their actions might be irritating.

Turn the other Cheek.  Arguments are going to happen but please if you find yourself the victim of someone's abuse, don't seek to even the score. Tell a moderator or  Don't fight back. If you fight back, you're equally responsible. 

Stay on-topic. Respect others' threads to avoid getting posts or threads deleted or closed.  A little off topic is fine but thread high-jacking is not permitted.


Penalties

Penalties for violating the Code of Conduct vary. Usually the closing of a thread, and a private message will suffice. Occasionally when that doesn't work moderators can suspend members. Frequently suspended users or severely disruptive users may be banned at the discretion of the
administrator. Moderators are human too and if action taken doesn't fit the crime then the punishment will be reviewed as all penal actions are reviewed.

Instant Messages: Yes Exception: Penal actions will result from Private Messages that are
considered serious threats/attacks. XboxHounds reserves the right to collect and view logs.
